  3. Put starch powder (rice powder, corn starch) in tray. Put Mochi on starch and sprinkle starch on Mochi and cool in room temperature.
  4. Cut into square shape.
  5. Butter soy sauce Mochi: melt butter in pan put Mochi on it and sprinkle soy sauce. Wrap with Nori seaweed sheet.
  6. This is my family favorite Mochi. It's even more delicious with cheese and ham.
