  3. Now peel off the potato and cut in into 4 large pieces.. in a proper pan add the potatoes and add water and boil it untill well cooked.
  4. Now add the potatoes and the milk and a pinch of salt and the parsley and mix them together until the potatoes well mashed
  5. Now in a proper pan add the chicken and you can add a bit of water and leave it on low heat until cooked you can use the baking paper and put them in a proper tray and put it in the oven
  6. Serve with any type of your favourite vegetables I chose the carrot, the red bell pepper and the a 1/4 of an avocado
