  12. Take 2 spoons soy sauce

  15. Take 2 spoon cooking wine

In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Char the chicken pieces, without cooking through, and then transfer to a plate. In the same skillet, add the coconut oil and onions.

  4. Add froeazn vegatable and potatoes, stir fry for 3min, add stock (or milk)and water cover the chicken
  5. Add curry cubes or Korean curry pack, stir it until melt, then cover the lid, stew for 10min until potatoes become soft
  6. Add the seaweed and sesame in the top of cooked rice,scoop some curry beside the rice

Char the chicken pieces, without cooking through, and then transfer to a plate. In the same skillet, add the coconut oil and onions. White rice, brown rice, or cauliflower rice (for a low-carb option) would all work well. Make this a Jamaican curry chicken with rice and beans by also adding red beans to the rice.
