Steps to make Chicken Fried Rice:
  1. Start boiling rice and chop ginger, garlic and chilli into small pieces and start frying them in a wok.
  2. Dice the chicken into small pieces.
  3. Meat goes into the wok, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare spring onions, sweet baby corn and carrot, chop them all into small pieces.
  5. Turn the meat in the wok so it starts cooking from the other side and add all the vegetables that you have prepared. Little more salt here.
  6. Stir fry the whole mixture until the meat and the vegetables are cooked and then add your cooked rice and stir fry for another minute.
  7. Take the wok of the heat and add 3 spoons of soy sauce and 2 spoons of sesame oil. Make sure to mix it properly inside the wok so the oil and the sauce spread evenly.
  8. Enjoy your meal :)

Otherwise it becomes gummy in the skillet. If you don't have any leftover rice from the night before, cook a batch of rice and spread it on a large baking sheet or several large plates.
