  17. Prepare 1 tbsp cornflour
  18. Take 1 tbsp honey

  21. Prepare 1 tsp dark soya sauce

  24. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

This is a simple cake that you can whip up at short notice. To make the orange sauce, all you do is add all of the sauce ingredients (minus the cornstarch) to a large saucepan on low-medium heat and whisk. Then, mix in a cornstarch slurry, bring to a boil and then back to a simmer, whisking often.
