  1. Boil chicken,chanadal,bay leaves,red chillies with salt for 15 minutes or till chicken and dal are soft.
  2. Dry if any water remain.Discard bay leaves and cinnamon stick.Grind chicken-dal mixture till smooth.
  3. Slice onion thinly and fry till golden.Take out and keep aside.
  4. Add egg,garam masala powder,cumin powder,ginger-garlic paste,fried onion,coriander leaves,green chillies and curd to ground chicken.Adjust salt as per taste
  5. Make kebabs,heat ghee/oil and shallow fry the kebabs on medium flame till golden.
  6. Serve with salad.
