  3. In a pan heat 2 tbsp of butter and put the chicken pieces in it…keep on turning around until it get a golden brown fried look…turn off the gas.
  4. Lastly heat the piece of charcoal until it get red and in a alluminium foil place the charcoal carefully and place it in the corner of the pan. Pour a teaspoon of oil in it and cover the pan with a lid….let the smoky flavour get absorbed by the chicken… Serve it with green chutney and onion rings…
