Malai Paneer is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They are nice and they look fantastic. Malai Paneer is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have malai paneer using 25 ingredients and 15 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Malai Paneer:
  1. Get 200 gm paneer
  2. Get 1 big onion
  3. Get 4 large tomatoes
  4. Prepare 10-15 cashew
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  6. Get 6-7 garlic
  7. Take 1 small piece ginger
  8. Get 2 green chillies
  9. Get 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  10. Prepare 2 green cardamom
  11. Prepare 5-6 black peppercorns
  12. Prepare 3 cloves
  13. Prepare 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  14. Take 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  15. Take 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  16. Prepare 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  17. Get 2 teaspoon kitchen King masala
  18. Make ready 1 teaspoon sugar
  19. Take to taste Salt
  20. Take 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  21. Make ready 2 tablespoon oil
  22. Take 1 tablespoon butter
  23. Take 2 tablespoon milk cream
  24. Prepare 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  25. Make ready 1 cup water
Instructions to make Malai Paneer:
  1. Cut paneer in square cubes and keep aside, slice onion, tomatoes and keep aside
  2. In a kadai heat 1 tablespoon oil add cumin seeds, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, green chillies
  3. Once the aroma comes add sliced onions and fry till they are nicely cooked now add chopped ginger and garlic and fry till raw smell goes
  4. Add cashews and poppy seeds and fry now add chopped tomatoes and some salt.
  5. Cover and cook till tomatoes are mushy switch off the flame.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool down, now blend the mixture adding little water
  7. Once it's blended nicely keep aside.
  8. In a kadai add 1 tablespoon oil and butter, add kashmiri red chilli powder, lower the flame and add the blended mixture.
  9. Mix nicely, allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes, now add all the dry masalas, and mix properly
  10. Allow to cook for some more time till oil separates from sides add tomato sauce and sugar.
  11. Add half the cream and mix nicely.
  12. Now add water depending on the consistency you prefer, once it's slightly boil add paneer cubes, keep 2-3 cubes aside
  13. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  14. Once done crush and add kasuri methi, grate the remaining paneer pieces and mix, now add remaining cream and garnish with coriander leaves.
  15. Serve it with butter naan, chapati or any bread of your choice.
