  2. Take sirloin steak, cut into bite size strips

  4. Make ready corn flour / cornstarch

  6. Make ready olive oil / vegetable oil / sunflower oil (for frying)
  7. Get white pepper crushed
  8. Get salt

  20. Take Spring onion chopped
  21. Make ready water / as you needed
Instructions to make Beef Szechuan:
  1. Toss beef with cornstarch, egg white,crushed white pepper,sesame oil and salt in non-metal bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir fry beef until no longer pink, until cooked well nice and crispy take it out in a plate and set aside. In same wok heat oil and add garlic & ginger sauté for few seconds add beef stir 1 minute and add all gravy ingredients cook 4-5 minutes add 4 tbsp of water cook another 1 minute and serve. Garnish with fresh coriander.
