  4. Using a grill pan over high heat, heat up 2 tbls of vegetable oil and sear cook the beef to your liking. Pour the leftover marinade a minute before removing the beef from the heat. The extra marinade will make the beef juicier when serving.
  5. Remove from heat and allow beef to rest before serving with plain rice or flat bread
