  7. Continue cooking for about 5-10 minutes to make sure the Beef is browned and the Courgettes and Sprouts are softened. Add the rinsed and drained Bean Shoots and the Whole Grain Mustard to the Wok and stir well for about 2 minutes.
  8. Continue to cook for a further 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are cooked. Serve and enjoy!
