  4. Now make a small balls out of the dough and line the baking tray with aluminum foil, keep the balls on distance so that when they bake they don't stick to each other
  5. Preheat the oven for 7 min ake the nan khatai at 180 degree for 18-20 minutes until they become golden brown.
  6. Now cool they completely on wire rack.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
