  1. Heat 2 spoon butter in a pan. Add onion in it. Saute for one min.
  2. Now add bell peppers,, broccoli and salt and saute for 1 min.
  3. We not have to cook vegetables completely so don't cook for more than one min. Now add cabbage and tomatoes and saute for one min.
  4. As tomatoes and cabbage don't take that much time to cook so add after other vegetables. Now add paneer and mix it.
  5. After 30 to 40 seconds add organo, mix herbs and chilli flakes and mix it.
  6. Now add cheese in it and off the stove. Mix it. stuffing is ready.
  7. Now take one Tortilla. And apply butter on it.
  8. Now apply 1 spoon of pasta sauce and one spoon of chilli mayonnaise on it.
  9. On one side put the stuffing and fold from other side.
  10. Now heat the tawa. Apply butter on one side and place it on the tawa on medium to slow flame.
  11. After 2 to 3 mins turn it on other side and apply butter on it.
  12. Roast from all side. After 5 mins it will become crispy. Take it out from tawa. Place it in to plate and cut it in to half. Ready to serve. Garnish with process cheese.
