  2. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder,red chilli powder, salt and sugar, mix all the dry ingredients together, then add 2 tbsp oil, 2/3 cup of water and the onion and garlic mixture and mix everything together until you form a dough, then lightly knead it inside of the bowl for about a minute just to combine everything together and shape it into a ball
  3. Add some all-purpose flour onto a flat surface, add the ball of dough on top and cut it in half, then shape each half into a ball, cut each ball of dough into 4 quarters to end up with 8 evenly sized pieces of dough and shape each one into a ball
  4. Add the balls of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, lightly press down on each ball of dough to give it a circular shape, the thickness of each dough should be 1/2 inch thick, brush the tops of each dough with a kiss of extra virgin Spanish olive oil, lightly season with sea salt and sprinkle with some dried oregano
  5. Add the baking tray to a pre-heated oven, bake and broil option, 190 C - 375 F between 23-25 minutes,
  6. Then take the rolls out of the oven and transfer them to a wire rack, cool for 5 minutes and serve
