To make a dough of Wheatflour, salt,ghee &water.Rest it 5 mints. After 5 mints take 1ball size from dough roll it as a big roti.Heat.a pan put the roti cook 30 seconds than flip it &cook another 10 seconds.Off the flame.
Now spread little butter over roti. Than spread schezwan sauce.Mix all ingredients with mashed potatoes except cheese pepper.
Stuffing is ready.Now spread the potato mixture half of the roti, sprinkle dry basil put one cheesepaper,fold it.Heat a pan add little butter put the quesadilla on it cook it on covering 5 mints.
Whenever both side becomes golden Brown off the flame.Roti quesadilla is ready to serve.Cut it pieces &Serve with tomato sauce&mustard sauce.
