  1. Take a blender, Add white eggs and blend the eggs only seconds, then add garlic crush, mustard seed crush powder (or) readymade mustard powder again blend the eggs 10 secs to 15 secs,
  2. Add after blend, half lemon juice, pepper powder, add oil 50ml from 200ml oil. Then again blend 20 secs. Again add after blend 50ml oil from 150ml. Then blend the eggs 25 secs. After blend again add 50ml oil from 100ml oil then blend the eggs 25 to 30 secs. Again add 25ml oil from 50ml oil then again blend the eggs 25 secs. After blend the eggs again add last 25ml oil from 25ml oil finish and add salt with finishing. Then again blend the eggs.
  3. At The ends. The eggs comes in creamy texture (or) sauce texture. Then stop the blend. Finally transfer to air tight bowl and serve with delicious items
  4. If don't come creamy texture then add again refined oil 25ml repeat the oil process. But you blend well. The eggs come perfect mayonnaise. Take same measurements from my ingredient friends.
