  7. When ready to bake, grease your Madeleine mould with butter. Sprinkle some flour in the greased moulds.
  8. Carefully spoon the batter in the floured greased moulds
  9. Bake in a preheated oven 180 C for 10-12 minutes until slight golden on the edges.
  10. These should look rather pale in colour just slightly brown on the edges only.
  11. Remove from oven, leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  12. Then carefully unmould the cakes, leave to cool on a rack.
  13. Once cool down, dust with some icing sugar before serving
  14. Enjoy warm or cold with your favoured hot drink.
