  17. Get 1 tbsp fresh cream for garnishing
  18. Get As required Tomato slices for garnishing

  1. First, take all dals and Rajma, wash it, and soak it for at least 6 hours.
  2. Now boil it together in a cooker by adding 3 glasses of water and salt with 3 cities. After the first whistle slows down the gas for 5 minutes and take 2 more whistles.
  3. In a pan or kadai take butter, add jeera,tej patta red chilli and long to make tadka..add asfoetida also.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste and saute it for 1 minute Then add chopped onion and tomatoes. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes..you can also add green garlic to it.
  5. Let's add masalas. red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and the remaining 3 cups water…Boil it n cook it well for 5 to 7 minutes to make it like a puree.
  6. Now add boiled urad dal Moong dal and Rajma s to that puree and stir it well..add lemon juice and mix it well.
  7. Boil it for 10 minutes and off the flame..Garnish it with coriander and tomatoes as shown in the picture. Also pour cream into the dal makhani as shown in the picture.
  8. You can enjoy it with chapati n jeera rice.
