  2. Heat oil in kadai add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for some time. Add sliced bell pepper and saute for 3 minutes until it turns crispy. - - Now add sprouts and cook in medium heat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and scramble it completely. Now add enough salt.
