  3. In a deep pan, add the oil, garlic and salmon. Add the soy sauce and fish sauce and stir fry until the salmon starts flaking apart.
  4. Dissolve the OXO cube in 1 cup of water and then add to the pan. Deglaze the pan and bring up to a boil then turn the heat down.
  5. Add the coconut milk and milk in properly. Cook down a little and then add 1-2 cups of your pasta water to the pan.
  6. Drain the pasta and broccoli and then add to your pan. Stir in constantly until everything is covered with the sauce and the salmon is evenly distributed throughout. The sauce should have thickened just slightly.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
