Meanwhile, Cut carrot, capsicum, onion and cabbage into pieces and set aside. Cut green chillies diagonally and thin slices of garlic then saute in hot oil. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat and add garlic. Add cabbage, carrot, peas, sugar, and salt.

Steps to make Singaporian Rice:
  1. Get your ingredients ready
  2. Soak rice in water for half an hour
  3. Cut bell pepper and onion in small cubes
  4. Once ingredients ready,we start with ist layer
  5. Boil 2 cup rice in 3 and half glass water,add 2 chicken cubes and bit of salt
  6. Boil noodles,strain extra water and add chicken taster packet included in instant noodles, add 2 tsp oil
  7. Marinate chicken for 15 min
  8. Marinating with ginger,garlic,vinegar and sugar
  9. Stir fry chicken in 3 tsp hot oil,add onion and pepper cook for few minutes
  10. Add ketchup and sweet chilli sauce,salt as per taste
  11. Layer as shown
  12. Serve hot and enjoy
