It is very popular in Thailand and easy to make. All ingredients should be prepped in advance cause once you start frying the rice, it goes fast. The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
  1. Take 1 cup cooked rice
  2. Prepare 3 whole eggs
  3. Get 2 sliced chicken sausage

  7. Prepare 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions to make Fried rice:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and pan fry the chicken sausage until well cooked. Stir fry the chicken salami to give a bit hint of flavor. Transfer it out to the plate.
  3. In a pan/pot. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil. Add the chopped onion and grated ginger. Stir fry it for 1 minutes.
  4. Crack the 3 eggs to the pan. I make scrambled eggs. You can choose any eggs that you like. If you love fried eggs, you may do it afterward.
  5. Add the boiled green beans and green peas. Stir fry it for 2 minutes with the eggs.
  6. Add the cooked rice. Mix it well. Add the seasonings.
  7. Add little oil if it is too dry. Add the cooked sausage and salami. Mix them well.
  8. Give a taste. Serve it warm.
