Whisk it with an electric mixer or whisk until you can draw a 8 figure with the mixture. (Refer to picture below) 1. You can start to preheat your oven now at 180°c
3. Slowly FOLD your flour into the egg and sugar mixture. Do not stir it too quickly.
4. Then slowly FOLD in your cocoa mixture into the egg mixture.
5. Last but not least, put the mixture into your cupcake liners and bake for 20mins at 180°c then another 5mins at 190°c
