  4. Take a greased tray. Pour this mixture 1/2 inch thick evenly in your tray. Chill this in refrigerater dor about 2 hrs.
  5. Add shredded chicken, boiled noodles and cheese and mix it properly. Now coriander leaves and mix.
  6. After 2 hrs it will be completely set. Cut into pieces however you like. I prefer square shape.
  7. Now take each kabab deep it in beaten egg and roll it in breadcrumbs. And deep fry in hot oil.
  8. Melt in mouth marshmellow kabab is ready to serve.
