Take a bowl, put the 3 eggs in it, add the chopped tomato, curry powder, black pepper, salt to taste, then take the mixture of potatoes and onions and mix it with the mixture of eggs and stir them together. Then take your pan and put some oil on it. Pour the mixture there and let it cook…turn the other side too to cook.
  4. Remove it from pan and serve it hot with your best drink.
