Fried Peanut Masala: Take a kadhai add 1 Spoon Cooking Oil then add 100 gm Roast Peanut,Salt Chat Masala,Red Chilli Powder mix well your Roasted Peanut Masala is Ready keep aside.
Green Chutney: Take a Jar add Green fresh Coriander,Green Chilli,Salt to taste, lemon juice half Cup, Coconut Powder,Ginger, Garlic mix well and Grind it and make a smooth paste Your Green Chutney is Ready.
Tamarind Chutney: Take a kadhai add 1 Spoon Oil,add Cumin Seeds,Dry Red Chilli 1, heat for 2 min then add 1 Cup Tamarind Pulp,1 Cup Jaggery Salt a pinch Some amount of water and Boil for 5 to 7 min your Tamarind Chutney is Ready.
Potato Dabeli Masalas filling: Take Dabeli Masalas add half Cup Water into it.Afterwards Take a Kadhai add 2 Spoon Oil then add 1 Cup Dabeli Masala mix well and heat for 5 min.
Now add half kg Boiled Potatoes and mix well with 1 Cup Tamarind Pulp add Salt if required mix well and fry for 5 to 7 min your Potato Dabeli Masalas filling is Ready.
Spread the masala into a thali, Sprinkle over Dessicated Coconut 2 Spoon full, Promgranate 1 or 2, Coriander leaves, Namkeen Mixture and keep aside
