  1. Grind the moong daal coarsely and soak for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Drain any excess water from daal. Add wheat flour, 3 tablespoon oil,chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain and salt. Mix all together and make a dough using water if required. The dough should be similar to roti dough. Knead for a minute or so and cover and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
  3. On medium heat, heat tawa. Make 15 equal balls from the dough and roll out to medium size.
  4. Place the rolled korma roti on the hot tawa. Brush some oil on each side and cook the roti on both side. To make it crispy press it with a ladle while roasting. The roti should be nice and crispy and nice golden colour.
  5. Repeat for the rest of the dough. Enjoy with pickle, garlic chutney, yogurt, onions or chai.
