  11. Get 2 tablespoon ghee

Today I am sharing with you diet recipe to lose weight, you can call it as weight loss ladoo recipe, This weight loss ladoo is made from Oats and nuts and se. Dry roast oats until it is hot to touch. Cool and powder it along with sesame seeds. Mix dates paste, powdered nuts, powdered oats, cardamom powder and combine well.

Steps to make Healthy oats ladoo:
  1. In a pan dry roast the oats until it’s aromatic and lightly golden. Keep it aside to cool. Once cooled blitz in a food processor with the nuts until its fine powder. (you can microwave for 2 minutes removing every minute and tossing)
  2. In a pan add 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon ghee. Bring it to boil and add the jaggery. Once its melted and incorporated, add the coconut powder, mix nuts, chia seeds, cloves powder, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and oats powder.
  3. Add remaining ghee and mix well and turn off the gas. Transfer in a plate and let it cool for few minutes. Make ladoo while its warm, greasing your palms with ghee. Roll in poppyseeds or desiccated coconut powder if preferred.

Cool and powder it along with sesame seeds. Mix dates paste, powdered nuts, powdered oats, cardamom powder and combine well. Oats laddu with dates are fiber-rich and makes a perfect afterschool snack for kids or can be packed in their lunch tiffin-box. For adults, it is a healthy snack to munch on either as a pre-workout or post-workout meal or simply to satiate sweet cravings. De seed dates and grind to make a paste (don't add water) Now add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix,now add honey and ghee, mix and mash well.
