Hey everyone, it’s Drew, welcome to our recipe site. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, vegan brownies. It is one of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Vegan Brownies is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It’s appreciated by millions daily. They are fine and they look fantastic. Vegan Brownies is something that I have loved my entire life.

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Pour in water, vegetable oil and vanilla; mix until well blended. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Mix sugar, salt, vanilla, cocoa powder and vegetable oil, and then add the flour-water mixture.

  1. Get 140 g Plain Flour
  2. Get 20 g Cocoa Powder

  6. Get 80 ml Coconut Oil
  7. Take 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

I was craving brownies and didn't feel like going out to gather ingredients that were hard to find and I stumbled upon this recipe. How To Make Vegan Brownies (Note - The full printable recipe is at the bottom of this post) Mix: Mix the wet ingredients until combined, add the dry ingredients, mix again as shown above. Instructions to make Vegan Brownies:
  1. Pre-heat oven at 180C and line the bottom of a deep square baking tin with baking paper (or grease with butter). Melt 200g Dark Chocolate in a glass bowl placed in a pot of hot water gradually to avoid burning the chocolate.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Plain flour, Cocoa Powder and Sugar before adding the Coconut Milk, Coconut Oil, Vanilla Extract and the melted Chocolate. Mix the ingredients together until smooth. Add 50g of chopped Dark Chocolate (or dark chocolate chips), half the Almonds and Coconut flakes before mixing gently.
  3. Add the batter to your baking tin and sprinkling the top of the batter with a handful of Almonds and Coconut Flakes. Bake for 25minutes and if not fully baked, please allow an extra 5minutes in the oven.

Top with optional chocolate chunks as shown below. Can You Make Brownies Without Eggs? The biggest challenge with vegan brownies is binding them together and adding moisture without the use of eggs. Many of the vegan brownie recipes on the internet call for flax eggs or ground chia seeds as an egg substitute or use tofu to add moisture. The BEST Vegan Brownies I've ever had!
