  1. Prepare 250 grams chopped smoked bacon
  2. Prepare 1 medium onion, chopped

  6. Get 125 grams grated parmesan cheese

  10. Take 75 grams sliced chorizo
Instructions to make The Lazy Pasta Carbonara:
  1. In a saucepan add water and a good pinch of salt. Then cook the pasta as instructed on the pack.
  2. Heat the oil. Add the bacon and cook for 8-12 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and chorizo and cook for a further 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the peas, cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Then add the mascarpone cheese, black pepper,salt and mix well.
  6. Drain the pasta well, add back to the saucepan then add the mixture and mix well.
  7. Add the parmesan cheese and mix well. Enjoy
