  1. Take 250 grm egg noodles
  2. Get 3 tbls Oil
  3. Get Onion 1 sliced

  7. Make ready Maggi cubes 7
  8. Take 3 tbls Dry chilli paste

Instructions to make Mee goreng:
  1. Add oil in a frying pan. Add onion, garlic, green pepper & tomato. (Add one by one) Stir well.
  2. Add dry chilli paste, sweet sauce, chilli sauce, thai sweet chilli sauce & maggi cubes. Stir & mix well. Cook until the oil breaks.
  3. Boil egg noodle for 4 minutes in boiling water. Drain the water. Keep aside.
  4. Boil egg noodle for 4 minutes in boiling water. Drain the water. Keep aside.
  5. Add egg noodles & fried eggs into the cooked gravy, stir & mix well. Keep stirring until mixed well. (Low flame)
  6. Ready to serve.
