  1. Preheat a pan with oil and add mustard seeds, fennel and peanuts and saute.

  3. Next add chopped onion and fry for few seconds.
  4. Next add ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves and saute well.
  5. Next add green peas and fry.
  6. It's time to add dry spices and salt.
  7. Now add boiled potatoes and mix for 5 minutes.
  8. Now take maida, salt, baking soda and onion seeds and mix together to make s semi soft dough.
  9. Now leave the dough for 15 mins and then roll into chapati shape.
  10. Cut from between and take one part and give it a cone shape.
  11. Fill the potato stuffing and paste the corners.
  12. Fry in a deep pan until it turns golden brown in low flame.
  13. Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
