Prepare for mango mava stuffing
Get 1 cup mango puree
Get 1/2 cup sugar
Get 100 gm mava or khoya
Get 1 tbsp ghee
Make ready Some chopped nuts(almonds, cashew and pista)
Instructions to make Beetroot swiss roll with mango mava stuffing:
First in a bowl beat eggs and powdered sugar together until frothy.
Add shredded or blended beetroot.. Mix well,…Add flour, baking powder and butter…. Whisk nicely
Now prepare a baking pan with baking sheet.. Spread batter in a pan with the help of spatula..(layer should be thin)
Bake for 20min.in a preheated microwave oven on 180°or 350F(don't over bake, otherwise it may break)
Now heat a nonstick pan and add 1tbsp ghee,mava and stir about for 1 min.on medium flame
Add mango puri and again stir about for 4 to 5min.
Add sugar and continue stir till it becomes thick on high flame.(avoid burning)
Add chopped dryfruits.. mix well..And keep aside
Now after baking let it cool for atleast 1 hour.in fredge.
After an hour spread mava filling on the base surface evenly and spread cheese cream too.
Roll tightly carefully..
Chill until it set perfectly (in fredge)
Cut it into slices and garnish with desiccated coconut.
