Firstly, take all the above ingredients together, for samosa filling - take a pan out some oil, asofetidia, coarsely ground fennel seeds, corsinder seeds, cumin seeds and red chillies init then out some finely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder, salt and some gram flour init, ffmriast it for 2 to 3 minutes then put some water boiled and mashed potatoes mix it well, put some coriander leaves then turn off the flame and keep the filling for cool.
For the dough - take a bowl, put all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds oil, ghee and bind the dough by adding Lukewarm water, cover it and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes, then make a some dough balls and take a dough ball wrap it in all-purpose flour and roll it, take a knife 🔪, dip it in water and cut the rolled dough in two parts, apply some water on the edges and make a cone shape of it, put some filling in it n again apply some water on the edges n cover it properly n samosa Will get ready
