  2. Add water and knead a soft dough.
  3. For the filling, heat oil in a wok and put cumin and crushed coriander seeds.
  4. Now add green chili, ginger, peas, peanuts, garam masala and chilli powder and sauté.
  5. Add some water, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes, chat masala, and salt.
  7. Mix all well, cook for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves.
  8. Make balls from the dough and roll out like poori.
  9. Keep some stuffing on poori and fold in potti shape.
  10. Heat oil in a big wok and fry potli samose till golden brown and crisp.
