Samosas are a commonly eaten savory snack in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The filling usually consists of spiced potatoes, onion, peas, coriander, lentils, and cauliflower, but sometimes includes minced meat or fish. The ingredients needed to make Mat Samosa:
  1. Prepare 200 gms maida
  2. Get 50 gms semolina
  3. Get as required Oil for frying
  4. Get as per taste Salt
  5. Get as required Water

  7. Prepare 3-4 boiled and mash/grated potato
  8. Take 1 chopped onion
  9. Make ready 2 grated carrots
  10. Get 1 small capsicum chopped
  11. Prepare 2 green chillies chopped
  12. Prepare as required Chopped Coriander leaves
  13. Make ready 1/2 inch grated ginger
  14. Take 1 tsp cumin seed
  15. Take 1 tsp coriander seeds
  16. Prepare Pinch asafoetida
  17. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander powder
  19. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder/chilli flake
  20. Get 1 tsp garam masala
  21. Prepare 1 tsp amchur powder
  22. Take 1/2 lemon juice

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is the use of medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a "whole-patient" approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. Instructions to make Mat Samosa:
  1. All vegetables mentioned for stuffing are chopped and get ready to keep all Samosa masala and Samosa dough.
  2. In the mixing bowl add maida, semolina, salt, 2tbsp oil and mix well. Applying with little water to make the dough(water required). Make soft dough not very hard. spread 1tsp oil on the dough and keep aside with covered.
  3. Now preparing for samosa stuffing. heat 1tbsp oil and add cumin seed, a pinch of asafoetida, coriander seeds, and saute for 1mint. then add ginger, onion, and cook 2mints. add capsicum, carrot, and cook for 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili flake/chili powder, salt,garam masala, and mix well. Now add boiled potatoes and mix well. Add amchur powder/lemon juice, coriander leaf mix well, and cook for 1mint. after turning off the flame and keep stuffing for cooling aside.
  4. After 10mint Knead again dough, divided into small parts and roll it big size than roti. Now cut into rectangle size and divide into two parts and join both parts with some add maida slurry/ghol. Cut strips marks other both sides and spread maida slurry all sides like the picture. Now add some sauce in middle and fill the stuff.
  5. Filled stuffing than seal samosa like as picture, all strips are sealed like mat design. Then deep fry in cooking oil with low to medium flame. Colure became change like golden brown color. Deep fry with all samosa well.
  6. Keep it in tissue paper to observe extra oil. Now keep in a serving plate with sauce/chutney and serve it hot. The taste is so yummy.
