  19. Make ready 1 g Nutmeg
  20. Prepare 5 bay leaves

Steps to make Mutton Korma:
  1. Heat oil in a cooker add bay leaves to it.. Then add the washed mutton and fry..
  2. Meanwhile add ginger, garlic, onions, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder to a grinding jar and grind it to a fine paste…
  3. When your mutton is fried nicely, add the prepared paste to it..
  4. Cook untill oil starts seperating..
  5. Grind coconut, poppy seeds, fried onions and all the whole spices altogether..
  6. When oil starts seperating add water, curd and half of the prepared paste to it.. Mix well, close the lid of the cooker and cook for 10 to 12 mins on medium flame…
  7. After 12 mins open the lid of the cooker.. And add the remaining paste… and mix well.
  8. Add the required amount of water till you get your desired consistency….
  9. Cook till it starts boiling, then switch off the flame and your korma is ready…
