  3. Mix well & add carrot n keep mixing.Once done turn off the heat n let it cool.
  4. Then add green chillies, onions n Corriander.Mix properly n add garam masala.Our filling is ready.
  5. Fill the pockets, fry on moderate heat n enjoy with chutney/tomato sauce n cold juice/tea.
