Prepare 4 pieces Almonds
Get 1-2 cups Milk
Steps to make Navratan Korma:
Take 6 Cashew nuts, 2 tsp poppy seeds, 4 almonds,1/2 charmagaj.Put 1 cup water and keep it for 1 hr.
Make a smooth paste.
Take 9 types of vegetables, chopped in dice size.And cut the paneer into cube size.
Make a paste of 1 medium size tomato,chopped 4 pieces ginger and green chillies as per your choice.
Take a pan,put 1-2 cup water and heat it.
Now put the vegetables for 5-6 mins with little bit sugar.boil 90%.
Fry the paneer lightly and 7 cashew nuts, 8 raisins in dark brown colour.
Take a pan,heat oil.Put Cinnamon, clove, cardamom,bay leaves, black pepper.
Add boiled vegetables,salt as per taste,1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp black pepper.
Put tomato paste and cook for 5 mins.
Put paneer cubes.
Then add milk with it.
Now add cashew paste and cover it for 10 mins.
Now add 2 tbsp fresh cream and cover it for 2 mins.
Then sprinkle some Kasori Methi,1 tsp ghee and garam masala.And cover it for 1 min.
Serve it with Nun/Roti/Paratha etc.
