  1. Boil all the ingredients Onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, cashews, cumin seeds, black pepper.
  2. After Onion softens, then sieve it. Remove black pepper, green chilli from them. Otherwise, it will darken your white gravy colour.
  3. After the onion cooled down, then grind it along with curd.
  4. Heat pan add some oil. Put the white paste & add some water. Stir it and cover it for sometimes in a low flame.
  5. If you want you can fry the paneer cubes or grill it or you can use plain paneer too. Here I am showing how you can grill it with the help of a sandwich maker. You can skip this step.😊👍
  6. Then add 1/2 cup of boiled milk into the white gravy for more whitish colour and stir it. Immediatly add the paneer cubes.
  7. After stirring 2 -3 mints turn of the gas. Serve it hot with some saffron and coriander leaves for more attraction.😊
