  1. Boil 1 liter of milk add 8 tbsp of sugar and cook for 2 minutes on low flame…now in a separate bowl take 1/2 cup milk and custard powder and mix it… now add that mixture in boiled milk and cook on medium flame until thickens.now add boiled vermicelli and mix and turn off the flame.
  2. In a bowl add cream and sugar mix it…cut fruits and mix it in cream and sugar mixture
  3. When custard mixture cools down add fruits and cream mixture to it.
  4. Now serve it with some jelly toppings…place it in fridge for 4 5 hours and eat.

You can use any fruits as you like. Trifle is a perfect pudding for Christmas or New Years. This version soaks the sponge cake with sherry but you can omit if you prefer for a non-alcoholic treat.
