  5. Then add little water, cover and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes or till the water dries out and the potato & cauliflower are properly done.
  6. Once the potato & cauliflower are soft and tender, add garam masala powder. Cover and turn off the flame.
  7. Thus ready is the delicious Aloo Gobi to be served hot with rice, roti or paratha.
