  3. Now add the tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, Garam masala powder, Turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Add 100 ml water to it and cook it for 15 more minutes.
  4. Now add the fried cauliflower and potatoes to it and cook it for another 5 minutes. Then add amchur powder and Coriander leaves to it and enjoy it with roti, paratha or rice.
