Make ready 1 cup mix Veggies( carrots, cauliflower, capsicums, beans, peas)

Get 2 medium sized onion paste

Get 2 dry red chilli for tadka
Prepare As needed Fresh cream
Take As needed Milk
Get as needed Raisins and fried cashew for garnishing
Steps to make Navaratna korma:
Take a pan pour around 3 cups of water add 1tsp of sugar once get boiled put the veggies in it except capsicums and blunch the veggies for around 5 mins.
Take another pan drizzle with some oil and fry the paneer cubes a little. On the other hand make a fine paste of cashew, watermelon seeds and poppy seeds.
Heat some refined oil add 2 bay leaves, 1one dry red chilli, 3 cloves 4 cardamom and cinnamon. Saute for few seconds, after that add onion paste fry for around 2 mins. Keep the gas on medium flame. Add ginger garlic paste saute for A min then add tomato puree. Fry it well once it get a little dry and get separated from oil.
Add the veggies also the capsicums add salt, sugar and pepper Powder mix it well cover it for around 10 mins once all the veggies get mixed with all the masalas add a cup of milk, cashew paste and some water according to your required consistency.
Give a quick boil to the gravy add fried paneer. Cover it on a low flame for around 10 mins. Sprinkle roasted kasuri meethi on top also add raisins and fried cashews.serve hot.
Add coriander leaves
Plate it with fresh cream and coriander on top
