  1. Take 1/2 cup soya granules(soaked in warm water for 30 mins)

  15. Make ready as needed coriander leaves and 1 tsp cream(for garnishing)

Steps to make Soya veggie curry:
  1. Blend tomato, chilli and peanuts to make tomato puree.
  2. Keep a non stick pan on flame. Put oil and add hing and jeera and let it splutter.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and keep it stirrying for 2 mins on low flame. Now add tomato puree and cook it till it starts leaving oil
  4. Put turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix
  5. Add veggies and squeezed soya granules and mix nicely for 1 min.
  6. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and let it cook for 10 min.
  7. Finally add cream. Switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and garammasala.
  8. Ready to be served with roti,paratha or rice.
