Steps to make Aloo Paneer Korma:
  1. For gravy : Fry onion with out oil till it become light brown in Colors. Cool it and grind with poppy seeds, cashew nuts, seasame seeds, dry coconut, 1 cloves, 2 green cardamom, 1" cinnamon stick, green chilli, red chilli, cumin seeds and tomato and make a fine paste. Keep aside.
  2. For paneer : Boil toned milk. When milk starts boiling add 1 tbsp lemon juice. After few minutes milk starts curdling.
  3. Strain the chenna in a strianer. Add water to cool it. Transfer the chenna to the plate. Mashed with your palm and knead smooth. Flatten the paneer in the plate and cut into cubes. Keep aside
  4. Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Fry potatoes till light brown. Add the paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Fry for few minutes.. Add water as needed, Cook till the potato become tender. Then add Fry paneer. Cook for few minutes. Once it is done.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with coriander leaves. Ready to serve with hot.. garlic nan
