  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp besan/gram flour
  6. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp haldi/ Turmeric powt
  8. Take 1/2 tsp sukha dhaniya(dry Coriander powder)
  9. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. Get 1 tsp kasturi methi
  11. Take 2 tsp cashews
  12. Make ready 5 tsp ghee
  13. Get to taste Salt
  14. Prepare 1 tsp ginger juliene
  15. Make ready Pinch elaichi ( Cardamom)powder
Steps to make Veg Shahi Korma:
  1. Heat ghee. Saute onions till golden brown. Add cashews in mixie with onions and blend it to a smooth paste.
  2. Agn heat ghee. Add elaichi powder and ginger julienes followed by curd,besan,red chilli powder,haldi and sukha dhaniya.
  3. Saute fr 2 mins and then add onion paste. Cook fr 3 mins on sim.
  4. Add all the veggies with paneer. Cover and cook fr 5 mins.
  5. Lastly add salt,garam masala and kasoori methi. Serve hot with roti or naan!
