Reduce oil and add in the blended ingredients. Stir and cook for 15 minutes until the oil parts.
Allow the gravy to boil a few times add in tamarind and sugar.
Add in the yellow fried onion, cherry tomato cook a few minutes.
Add anchovies until mix well. Check for salt.(use less salt)
