  1. Take 4 eggs
  2. Take 1/2 cup onion paste
  3. Take 1/2 cup fried onion
  4. Prepare 1 medium size chopped onion

  6. Prepare 1 tsp garlic paste
  7. Prepare 2 pcs whole green chilli
  8. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Make ready 1 tsp cumin powder

  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp beaten yogurt
  13. Make ready 11/2 tsp cashew nut paste
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  15. Take 1 cup milk
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp white oil
  17. Take 1/2 tsp ghee or clarified butter
  18. Prepare 3 green cardamom
  19. Make ready 3 cloves
  20. Get 1 cinnamon stick
  21. Prepare 1 tsp Sugar
  22. Get To taste Salt
Instructions to make Egg Korma:
  1. At first boil egg for 10-12 mins in medium heat. Cool and peel them. Over medium heat fry it for 2-3 mins.
  2. Now in same oil add ghee. Then put whole garam masala and wait for crackling. Then add chopped onion and fry it nicely. After that add onion paste and cook it until raw smells are gone. Now add ginger-garlic paste and mixed it well and cook it for 3-4 mins.
  3. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, kasmiri red chilli powder and salt and mixed it well. Again cook it for 4-5 mins.
  4. Once it starts separating oil add yogurt, cashew paste and sugar and cook it until oil is oozes out. Put the lid on. When oil is oozes out add fried onion, whole green chilli and mixed it well.
  5. Then add milk and egg mixed it very gently. Cook it for 5-6 mins. After 5-6 mins add garam masala powder and switch off the flame. Now it’s ready to be served. Garnish with some fried onion.
