  1. Slice each herbs (green leek union), garlic, shallots) stir with butter in non-stick pan or wok. Cook for 5 minutes
  2. Put eggs and pork…stir for 5 minutes then put the rice. Cook for another 10 minutes, add sugar, salt, pepper and butter. Stir until cooked for 10 minutes
